“I graduated from CANY’s Hotel Management Program in November 2006. I did my internship in the Reservations Department of the Willow Hotels Corporation, which I enjoyed a great deal! After my internship, I was offered a reservations agent position and a year later was promoted to area revenue analyst for all five of the company’s hotels. It has been an exciting experience since the moment I joined CANY. The instructors are knowledgeable, intuitive and fun. They gave me the tools I needed to start my new career and succeed in a short period of time. Fidelio Opera (the hotel software system used at CANY) also really helped me—when I started my internship and then later at my job, since they use the same system.
